Shipping

• Carrier: GLS.
• Shipping fee: a flat €2.99 per order, the same across all markets (Slovenia, Slovakia, Hungary, Czechia). Standard shipping is free at or above €49 (Slovenia, Slovakia), 1,190 Kč (Czechia) and 19,900 Ft (Hungary); only paid product lines count toward the threshold.
• Dispatch: orders placed before noon (12:00) on a business day are dispatched the same day; later orders the next business day.
• Estimated delivery times (business days, after dispatch): Slovenia 2–3; Slovakia, Czechia and Hungary typically 3–5; other EU countries 5–7. Times are estimates and may vary.

14-day right of withdrawal (EU)

You may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason. Notify us within that period and return the goods to us. We refund the purchase price (and the standard outbound delivery cost) via the same payment method you used at checkout.

30-day satisfaction guarantee

In addition to your statutory right of withdrawal, we offer a voluntary 30-day money-back guarantee.

Condition of returned items

Items must be unused, tags intact, and returned in the original packaging.

Refund timing

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive the returned goods.

Return shipping cost

Return shipping is paid by the customer, except where the item arrived damaged or incorrect, or where the statutory 14-day withdrawal requires otherwise.

How to start a return

Email info@tarsal.eu with your order number. We will send you a return (RMA) number and instructions.
