These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of tarsal.eu and any purchase you make from us. The Site and its products are provided by JEA d.o.o. ("Tarsal", "we", "us"). By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you may not use the Service.
1. Use of service
The Service is intended for your personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to misuse the products or services.
2. Accounts
When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of these Terms.
3. Intellectual property
The Service and its original content, features and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of JEA d.o.o. and its licensors.
4. Products and prices
Prices are shown in the currency of your market — EUR in Slovenia and Slovakia, HUF in Hungary, and CZK in Czechia. JEA d.o.o. is not registered for VAT; prices are final and no VAT is charged (Article 94 of the Slovenian VAT Act, ZDDV-1). Prices may change without prior notice. While we take care to display accurate product information, we cannot guarantee that all information is at all times free of errors.
5. Payments
Payment information is transmitted securely and handled by our payment provider. You must provide accurate and complete payment information for every purchase.
6. Shipping
We ship via GLS to Slovenia, Slovakia, Hungary and Czechia (and selected other countries). Shipping costs, zones and estimated delivery times are described in our Shipping & Returns policy. Delivery times are approximate.
7. Right of withdrawal (EU consumers)
As an EU consumer you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason (see Shipping & Returns). In addition, we offer a voluntary 30-day satisfaction guarantee.
8. Returns and satisfaction guarantee
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. Products must be unused, unworn and returned in their original packaging. Full details are in our Shipping & Returns policy.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, JEA d.o.o. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages. Nothing in these Terms limits your mandatory statutory rights as a consumer.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Slovenia, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence.
